Following his arrest on February 16th, Wu-Tang Clan rapper, ODB appears in court in Los Angeles charged with wearing body armour in contravention of a recent law banning convicted felons from doing so. Appearing under his real name of Russell Jones, the rapper seems visibly agitated and has to be repeatedly silenced by the judge during the hearing. Despite pleas from the Deputy Public Defender that the rapper had been forced to wear a bullet-proof vest after being caught in a shoot out several weeks ago in New York, the judge isn’t impressed and sets bail at $ 115,000. ODB’s felony conviction stems from a 1993 second-degree assault on a man in a bar.
