In Court

1994. Lol Tolhurst (The Cure) and his ex-colleague Robert Smith both appear at London’s Royal Courts Of Justice. Tolhurst is suing Smith and the band’s manager, Chris Parry, for unpaid royalties. Smith and Parry counter with the statement that Tolhurst has made “minimal” contributions to the two albums prior to his sacking from the band in 1989.
